We only support FTP over SSL. Look at this link to pull up some KB articles on how to setup FTP over SSL with your FTP client. http://support.Winhost.com/KB/c179/ftp-client-setup-ftp-over-ssl.aspx
Mmm... I am already using FTP over SSL with FileZilla and I have been using it for a long time. This is not an issue here. Did you read what I wrote? I am only saying that FileZilla never complained about your SSL certificate before and now it is because it *expired*. See screenshot
