Email in nonunicode language (Arabic)

I've configured the email in Winhost, which successfully received mails from web-form developed using ASP.net vb script. However, all emails sent to me are displayed as "?????", which looks that they were sent in Arabic characters.

So what should I do to troubleshoot this problem and receive Arabic emails correctly?
