Email can't receive mail

  1. I am far from tech savvy, and very new to this world of computers so I can't offer much in the way of what I have done technically, all I know is that no email accounts assigned to my domain can receive mail.

    I have set up the MX records how they should be and beyond that, I'm slightly lost.

    Sorry if the answer is glaring and obvious, I'm not trying to offend anyone with my ignorance.

    The MX record you setup in the DNS Manager of your control panel are not correct. Please reply to you 12E-1835031F-025B ticket and request the support to reset your DNS settings to the default state.
