What do you mean by 'system'. Are you referring to the database or web server. In general the web server really does not have anything to do with foreign fonts as it can support any character set on the code. It has more to do with how the browser calling on the site is setup and if that computer of that browser has the proper fonts to display it correctly. But in general your website with chinese fonts should be OK on our system.
