I have my domain and site registered with Winhost. I recently canceled my site portion and decided to use the DNS to connect my site to my godaddy hosting since it offers some php things Winhost dosent. In doing so i changed the ip's in the dns section to the godaddy ips and also changed the nameservers. Yet I have had no luck with it being available on godaddy. Any help?
If you changed the name servers to point to GoDaddy then DNS is managed at GoDaddy, not here. Changes you make to DNS settings here won't do anything unless the name servers point to us.
If you canceled your Site Account with us the zone records will also be dropped from the system. If you updated the name servers for your domain name to point to GoDaddy's DNS servers then you should be looking at their DNS server and verify that your zone record is setup correctly with them.
