(1) Do you have a datacenter on or close to the east coast? (2) Do you offer a dedicated IP, and can outgoing mail be bound to that IP (to avoid the terrible blacklisting that goes with shared hosting) ?
1) We only have one data center and it's located in Los Angeles CA 2) You can have a dedicated IP number for your hosting account. But, you will need to install an SSL Certificate first in order to obtain the dedicated IP number. This dedicated IP number can not be bound to your email service.
