Not sure if it's been mentioned before, but it's REALLY annoying to have to remember a log in that means absolutely nothing to me. Could you please make our logins something that we can customize?
What login are you referring to? The Winhost Control panel? The FTP login? Or some kind of web form on your web page?
Sorry, that was by designed to ensure that no two control panel log on names are the same and to ensure that our system is scalable. Your suggestions and opinions are noted and I will ensure to pass your concerns to our development team and managers on our next staff meeting.
Maybe you could have a small database that references a username to a specific login ID, that way technically you can have custom logins if people wish to use them?
The problem is that the cp login is tied to the billing system. If we create another database to have customer setup there own customize cp login that will tie into the account can cause some problems.
