I have the basic plan and will be upgrading very shortly to the intermediate plan. Since I don't have the premium plan, I can't attach any MS SQL Server 2008 mdf files. If I want to copy data from my local database to the hosted one, how can I accomplish this?
You can back up your local database, transfer the backup to your site, and use SQL Tools in your Winhost control panel to restore that backup to your database online. Please see this article that explains this process in more details.
