Charged my credit card but did not set up my account

  1. Good afternoon

    I just signed up for the basic Winhost package. It appears that when I completed filling out your signup form I was redirected to an error page that said "page cannot be found". I have not received any welcome email or anything that would allow me to set up my website with your company. I tried logging in with the information I provided when I signed up and nothing worked. HOWEVER, it DOES appear that your company had no problem
    charging my credit card already. Please fix this immediately.

    Please send an email to [email protected] with the domain name of the account you signed up and we can take a look at whats going on.
