i checked my mx records and if my smartermail is open to port 25 and its seems that everything is ok but still cant send any emails i would like to know what i am doing wrong thank you !
i am sending email with smartermail webclient when i am sending everything is ok but when i want to send an email outside my domain for example gmail the email getting out without any errors but i dont receive any email in the smartermail webclient
If you're unable to receive email, I would recommend providing your email to Support as they'd be able to give you assistance as to what could be wrong. It could be a DNS issue but without knowing the domain it'd be difficult to troubleshoot. You can also try to use Network Tools as you'll see they have an Email Test option, which you can use to send a test email to your address.
