Can't figure out how to use FTP to upload Site

    I'll start by explaining I'm "self taught" on Web design! For years I used FrontPage then upgraded to Expression Web 4. Site has been hosted on Yahoo but now the company I work for has decided to move to Winhost. I cannot figure out how to use FTP with Expression 4 to upload the site to the secondary FTP addy!!! Urgggg . . .
