Cannot sign up

    I get a message "Credit card number is invalid".
    I'm using MasterCard.

    I have already contacted you about this. But you never called me or replied to my emails.
    Do you care about a new customer?

    Check ticket number [20F-15A0FB3F-222A] July 1st.

  2. It looks like there was a temporary issue with your ticket, I have gone ahead and manually transferred the ticket to our billing department. We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for notifying us someone will respond to you shortly.

    same answer I got 3 days ago.

  4. In the ticket you're asking someone to call you and place your order over the phone and I'm afraid we can't do that. Sorry you keep getting the same answer, but there isn't really anything we can do when a card number comes back as invalid.
