Cannot get support since I cannot sign into the portal

  1. Hello,

    Need so help. Ive tried to sign into my account to update billing information but cannot sign in.

    I have tried to retrieve my user name and reset my password. Neither worked. I get this message:

    "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again."

    Cookies are enabled.

  2. Hi Anthony, please email support (support@) or billing (billing@) directly and they can help you get your Control Panel login sorted out.
