Can NeatUpload to be used in web site?

from my test, seem it need to installed in GAC

It needs either granted full access security or medium security but installed in GAC

 

Because of security, stability, and standardization reasons, I'm afraid we cannot install any 3rd party components directly on our shared hosting environment.

If this is a ASP.Net component, you should be able to upload it to your applications Bin folder and have your application reference it from there.
