Your basic plan seems good for me. I agree with the price and I can create a wordpress site. My plan is to build my site using Themes Generator and I wonder if there is any incompatibility with your hosting. With Themes you build a wordpress site, which I think is compatible with your plan... but just to make sure.
Yes, you can use any of our site plans to host a WordPress site. Once you have the WordPress site you can use any themes from any provider too.
