Hi, OK this is probably a dumb question...but I searched the forums but didn't find my answer. Is it possible to change billing frequencies when renewing? For example, say I initially sign up and pay for a "quarterly" plan. When it comes time to renew, can I renew for "1 year" or "2 years" and get the reduced prices? Thank you!
You can switch billing periods at any time. Go to the Site Manager of your domain and then in the bottom of the left pane you'll see a "change billing period" icon. Click that. The billing period will change when you use the tool.
