Does Monthly Bandwidth usage include communication between website application and sql server ?
No. Web pages making a call to a SQL server is not a HTTP call. Now the transmission of that data from the web application to a clients browser is a HTTP call. Additionally FTP connections do not count against your bandwidth usage. The FTP protocol is separate from HTTP. What people do over look are 3rd party calls to Facebook, Google, and other 3rd party web services such as Instant gram can count against your bandwidth usage because it is making a HTTP call to them.
Separate names with a comma.
