After scanning the forums here, I've found that it's possible to backup a database through Winhost control panel on a one off basis. However how do most of you out there automate your backups? I'm trying to implement an automatic process and looking for some ideas or suggestion on how some of you might have put together that process. Thanks for any ideas or sharing your process!
