The "Order Additional Sites" is one way of opening up another hosting account for another site that you own. If you don't have a site then you have the option of registering it. You can do this in the control panel here: https://cp.Winhost.com/sites/new.aspx If you want to simply register a domain name. Then you can do it under your current hosting account in the control panel here: https://cp.Winhost.com/domains/register.aspx
I guess the question is if there is a price break for additional sites, or are the terms the same as the first. Thank you.

Roger. Thank you. Your service looks great so I'll probably host some sites here. However, it's hard to see how "Order Additional Sites" is a "feature", unless I'm misunderstanding.
Each site is hosted in its own application pool which means it has access to its own CPU resources, memory, etc. You can host multiple websites/applications on a single site account, but they would be sharing the resources. The "Order Additional Sites" as a feature just means we provided a convenient way for you to add more sites to your customer account which allows you to manage them under a single Control Panel. I guess you can think of features as "tools" we have provided to you in the Control Panel.
