I'm getting this message when sending emails from my asp.net application. Today I sent fewer than 600 emails, but 63 remain in my email queue (on SQL Server) because I get the message above when trying to send them. Why do I get this message if the limit is 1000 per hour or 5000 per day? It looked like about 200 went out OK, and then more dribbled out over several hours until only 63 remain unsent now. Has the limit been changed?
