Unable to upload files over SSL FTP using FileZilla

  1. Using FileZilla (latest version), if I do NOT use SSL, things work fine.

If I use SSL, I can connect, view and delete, but I can't copy new files to the server. If I try to copy to server, it looks like it tries about 3 times then gives up. The messages at the top show:

Response: 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection.
Response: 550 The supplied message is incomplete. The signature was not verified.
    Error: File transfer failed

    My connection information looks like:
    ftp.w06.wh-2.com
    Protocol: FTP
Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS

Is there a way I can upload files with FileZilla and SSL?

Yes. Use an older version of FileZilla (no later than 3.9.0.6). There's a problem with newer versions of FileZilla and how they connect to IIS using TLS. Or use another FTP client like CoreFTP.
