This is a weird one, but my Winhost website can no longer be accessed from Mexico. One gets a "timed out" error. It used to work. Perhaps this is outside of Winhost control, but is there any reasonable explanation for this, and anything I can try or look into for possibly getting this resolved? Ernie
Has your domain name possibly expire? Try going to who.is and enter your domain name to check who is your registrar provider. Then change the current registration period. If you still need help please be sure to open a ticket through our support portal. https://support.winhost.com
Thank you for the reply. No, my domain will not expire for quite some time, but the good news is that it started working again after a week or so. Who knows. Sorry for the bit of trouble.
