  1. I I have bought a Base Winhost hosting plan
I want to install Dotnetnuke Comunity 5.2.3 I have read a lot of post and all the people suggest to install the dnn on a subdirectory...
    www.mysite.com/dotnetnuke

but this is only for some problem that I can to have if ill install other ASP application?
Do you think that I can have proble installing it on the root?

My idea is to use this hosting only for my DNN istance for one portal!
And my desire is to install direcly on the root?

Can you suggest me your idea?

You should be able to upload your DNN application to your root without any problems.

  3. Dotnetnuke on the root

I have tested the application in my local pc, modified the web config like the tutorial founded in the Winhost documentation uploaded all but i have this error.

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

I have never modified the "Application starting point" because i think i just configured on / i think on the root.

I need to make some other on the IIS?
    thanks
