I can't point to the appropriate directory within the FTP users permissions screen when i go to create a new FTP user. It keeps saying the directory does not exist but it definitely does and the website is running off it. Any ideas?
You first need to create the directory with your primary FTP user account via FTP. Once that directory is created then you go back to FTP permission screen and set the additional FTP user with the appropriate permission to that folder.
