WebSocket-Basic Plan

  1. I have an Web application that communicates with an android app trough socket and open ports... like from 2002-2030 30 devices, 30 different ports... Web application is ASP.NET with one MS SQL database....
    so I want to know can I use windows hosting "Basic Plan" because at this time I'm still on developing mode

    Yes, but you need to open up a support ticket to have "WebSockets" enabled. I would still recommend that you upgrade to Max/Ultimate though because the Basic plan only offers 100 MB of memory to use. Unless you work heavily with just HTML and ajax or older technologies like Classic ASP, 100 MB isn't much these days.
