Being disgruntled with another hosting service, i am looking to migrate to another service I have an ASP.NET application and a single MS SQL database. It is a communications program and needs to access a COM object. 1. can you install a COM object for this application ( I will give you details as required) 2. What versions of MS SQL can you run, can you run SQL Server 2000 for example? 3. How do you allow management of MS SQL databases many thanks regards JJ
1. Sorry we don't install com objects on the webservers. 2. We offer SQL 2008. We don't offer SQL 2000 because Microsoft has already deprecated this product. You should really update your database. 3. You can manage SQL 2008 with SQL Management Studio.
