Subdomaine

Hello,

I have my main domain : mydomain.com the starting point is /

I'd like created a test.mydomain.com I'd like point to /test

Is it possible ?

First setup the subdomain name in your Winhost control panel. Once that is done you will need to code a redirect script on your root to force the http calls for that subdomain name to a subfolder. Try looking at this knowledge base.

Ok if I have this :

www.mydomaine.com I'd like redirect to /main/default.aspx
test.mydomain.com I'd like redirect to /test/default.aspx

I understand with your example for the second case, but for the first ? I can define a subdomaine named "www" ?

The redirect code will work for both instances, so you shouldn't have to worry about that.
