Great support

  1. I've been using Winhost since June of this year and I had my first support ticket experience last weekend. I was trying to install a new SSL cert on a site and I screwed it up. I submitted a ticket, within 5 minutes a support tech responded acknowledging the issue and within 24-hours they manually installed my cert and tested it to ensure it was working.

    Also, as others have expressed the setup couldn't be easier. I was up and running within an hour with my first site and never had to talk to a single person.
