I am looking at your MAX Plan, and so far I am impressed. The site I am considering moving uses an SSL certificate purchased from my current host (Arvixe). If I move the existing SSL certificate, will there be a separate charge for a static IP Address? Also, if I later decide to upgrade to the Ultimate Plan, is there a charge for doing the upgrade (other than paying the higher annual fees)? Thanks for your help!
If you use SSL with the Max or Ultimate plan, then we'll give you a unique IP and there is no additional charge. You can use an SSL cert that you purchased elsewhere or you can purchase one from us. There is not additional change plan charges - you would basically pay for the difference. (Knowledge Base article: How you will be billed when doing a plan upgrade) You can contact our billing department if you want to get more details on how the plan change works.
If I were to choose one of the basic plans to start would I be able to upgrade to the Max plan in the future?
